Rosalee's Lap Robes

Rosalee has been making Lap Robes with the intent of placing them at the Senior Center in Pleasanton, where "Seniors" are invited to place their hand-crafted creations for sale to the public. She thought that she might 'give it a go' and see what happens. She has a group of them ready to take down there.

She is making the Lap Robes to be 40" by 64" and each one has a 'theme' to the design. She will entertain the possibility of making duplicates for customers or doing custom 'themes' for them.

These are basically made in a very similar fashion to her quilts, except that she does not have the lady run them through a sewing machine that sews the quilt together, making intricate designs with the stitching. She places basic, straight stitching on the top with her sewing machine.
